Whether you want to try the combination of yoga and cuddling puppies with us for the first time or you are our regular visitors – you must book a class in advance on our website.
Thanks to the reservation, you will know that we are counting on you. Our reservation system also allows you to conveniently pay for the class online.
For these purposes, we process the personal data you provide on the basis of the necessity of such processing for the performance of our contractual obligations.
For your payment, we will of course issue a tax document and record it in our accounting records as required by law.
Based on our legitimate interests in protecting our rights, we will retain data about your participation in a given class for the duration of the limitation period. You may object to this form of processing at any time.
⸻
Contacting Us
Whether you decide to contact us by email, in writing, by phone, or by using the inquiry form on our website, the data you provide will be stored and used. We will use the data solely for the purpose of handling your inquiries.
This processing is carried out on the basis of the necessity of such processing to respond to your inquiry regarding our services, which essentially constitutes measures taken prior to booking a class with us or before agreeing on cooperation with you as a breeder.
We process the data to the extent you provide it to us. Naturally, the more we know about you, the easier mutual communication and subsequent cooperation can be.
If we do not reach an agreement on cooperation, we will delete the communication with you no later than 1 month after the last message.
⸻
Cooperation with Breeders
Are you a breeder and interested in cooperating with us? Naturally, this cannot take place without your identification and contact details and other personal data.
We process your data for the purpose of establishing cooperation and subsequently for the purpose of fulfilling our contractual rights and obligations. The processing is therefore carried out on the basis of its necessity for the performance of the contract and the implementation of measures taken prior to its conclusion.
We further process your payment details for the purpose of fulfilling our statutory obligations in the tax and accounting areas.
We will keep records of our cooperation based on our legitimate interest in protecting our rights for a maximum period until the limitation of claims of both parties. You may object to this form of processing at any time.
⸻
Transfer of Personal Data
In cases stipulated by law, we may be required to transfer your personal data to public authorities, in particular in connection with tax regulations.
We may also transfer your data for processing to processors – our carefully selected partners whom we involve in processing primarily based on their ability to handle your data in a lawful and secure manner.
We mainly use processors in the areas of data storage, online payments, marketing, and accounting processing. Exceptionally, processors may be involved in legal and tax consultations. We can provide you with an up-to-date list of processors upon request.

Storage of Cookies on Your Device
We use cookies that allow us to recognize your device on your next visit. These are small text files placed on your device. There are many types of cookies and they serve different purposes. Some of these cookies are strictly necessary for the operation of the website; if this is not the case, we will ask you for your consent before storing them.
We currently use the following cookies:

Their storage is strictly necessary for the functionality of our website. These cookies store, for example, information enabling the operation of navigation on our website and the reservation system, as well as information on whether you have given us consent to store other types of cookies.
The processing of necessary cookies is not conditional upon your consent. However, these cookies do not collect any information about you that could be used for marketing purposes.

We use this type of cookies only if you have given us your consent during your first visit.
To carry out the analysis, we use the Google Analytics tool provided by Google, which processes part of the data in the USA. Marketing
Marketing cookies collect information about what information on our site has caught your attention and allow us or our advertising partners to serve advertising on this or other sites that may be relevant to you. These cookies also allow us to limit the number of times our advertising is displayed on your device and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns.
We only store advertising cookies if you give us your consent when you first visit our site. If you don’t give us your consent, nothing happens of course, unfortunately, you won’t see less advertising on the site, it just probably won’t be for services you might actually be interested in.
We also use certain other Google Analytics features to serve and analyze advertising, including Google Ad Network Impression Reports, remarketing tools that serve ads on the content network based on products already viewed, enhanced demographic reports (reporting of anonymous demographic data), and user id, a Google Analytics feature that allows us to measure and analyze user behavior across devices. However, we only use a random string of characters as a user id, which does not allow third parties to identify a specific person.
For more information about the processing and use of your data, please refer to Google’s privacy policy.
